Version 35 Progress Report 1

What's New?

It's been some time since the last update so it's a good time to let you guys know what's been happening with the game.

Since the release of Version 34, I've been working on the networking update.

It's going quite well, with a large portion of the game already working under the new networking. There are still several bugs to fix, but it's now easier to tell when the server has bugs!

Since the server simulates the logic and the client no longer does it, we can see visually what goes through the server and detect logic issues.

This is great since it should be much easier to take care of any desync issues, since we can tell what the server was doing more clearly.

We don't want to give any idea on when a devbuild will be out, but we are pretty sure we'll have the first devbuild of Version 35 during February.

We're very excited to have this update finished, since it is critical to the game, as it prevents games blocking out. After this update, we can finally focus on the main features that will truly set Fairtravel Battle apart from other collectible card games.
